Project Description: Government customers (the Department of Defense) want to use the 5ESS-2000
switches (i.e., CDX and VCDX/SM2000) in DSN networks.
Currently, the various 5ESS-2000 switches do not adequately support the DSN's

i.e., global parameter GLDSNOPT=Y. This feature "ports" existing 5ESS-2000 Network Management controls from a non-DSN office to a DSN office.
