o Updates weekly market prices of reinforcing steel bars and cement. This data is effectively used for such strategies made for certain project requirements. This is a good "back bone" to get a feel of the construction environment whenever certain negotiations are made.
o Reports the history of market prices versus the actual booked prices to reflect as a reference for savings generated.
o Contributed to the portal listings as a reference and for information dissemination.
• Negotiates bulk requirements of frequently ordered items
o Established/Maintained and expanded Systems Contract scheme for the different commodities purchased.
o As a result of this scheme, delivery turn-over lead time for these items has improved and prices substantially reduced due to bulk orders during negotiations.
• Supervised a staff of seven (7) Purchasing Assistant in providing procurement services for project requirements by processing end-user requirements while giving effective business strategies on critical items to be procured. Also tasked to oversee administrative functions of the local procurement division.

o Handles the Purchasing System maintenance/administration of SAP EBP – SRM system and provides customer support for SAP, MM, EBP-SRM users
• Tasked to take charge of all on-going project packages; facilitates procurement strategy and closing of deal.

o Manages and facilitates Bidcom schedules.
o Presents project issues for Bidcom approval
