Chicago Large Corporate Middle Office- VP Treasury Service Manager ll Chicago, Illinois

 Developed and staffed the Chicago Large Corporate Middle Office June 2008. Successfully transferred Client Service Advisors into the Middle Office roles based on experience and skill set. Lead a group of 18 Service Associates that performed simple and complex service request from Dedicated Service Directors. Our Middle office processed and resolved 600-700 service request each week. We routinely processed service request form other Middle Office sites and interacted with several internal and external business partners.
 Our service levels climbed to and sustained levels above 95% with the last 5 weeks averaging 96.2% going as high as 98%. I developed daily reports to review all outstanding basix cases with short expiry periods. I coached associates on how to properly manage significant caseloads. Initiated and implemented a number of key management routines. Meeting daily with workflow coordinators and associates. Reviewed outstanding requests and action plans for closing requests that were less than 2 days from expiry.
 Responsible for staffing, performance management, budget/expense management, reporting and forecasting for the Chicago Middle Office site.

Managed and developed complex project action plans for large corporate clients. My job required knowledge in the end-to-end sales, service and fulfillment process. Participated in the resolution of operational and product servicing issues of sensitive/high risk major clients. Managed the Client Service and Chicago Middle Office areas for approximately six months. Responsible for staffing, performance management, budget/expense management, reporting and forecasting for areas managed. I also served as a mentor to a young man in our TMAP associates program.

Assistant Banking Center Manager Chicago, Illinois

Lead the sales and service process by acting as the Assistant Banking Center Manage in the banking center. Spends 50% or more of the time on the sales floor of the banking centers greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate areas of the center, and ensuring that the customers' needs are met. Observes the team in action "through the eyes of the customer." spends 25% of the time coaching the teams on the proper execution of key banking center "plays" while role modeling the desired behaviors. Manages the day-to-day operations of the banking center. These activities include reviewing teller transactions, managing the banking center cash needs, resolving "prior day" issues, and managing the scheduling of banking center staff.

Regional Manager-Community Bank Misawa, Japan

 Responsible for the administrative and daily operations of the Misawa Community Bank with 19 FTE. Responsible for loans, Proof & Transit, 5 Atm Machines, Tellers Operations, Customer Service and Audit Compliance. The Misawa Community Bank provided services for approximately 14,000 families on the Misawa Air Force Base. Responsibility to provided and maintained superlative relations with Misawa’s Air Force Senior Command, the community, DoD School Teachers, DoD Civilians and Private Contractors. My responsibility also included performance evaluations, salary administration, promotions, hiring, training and budgets
