My name is Jordan Scott and I am a 28 year old Canadian male. I have more than 6 years of experience teaching in Korea. During this time I have taught both children and adults ranging from kindergarten to company executives. In addition to my vast experience, I have also completed Sogang University's "Korean as a Foreign Language" program. My upper-intermediate Korean skills have proved to be very helpful when teaching adults whose English ability is still low.

      Hi there,
I'm Michael and I am writing to Monster English because I am seeking a position in South Korea as an English teacher. I would be delighted to begin the interview process, and I can be reached using the contact information on my profile.
Teaching at an English language school in Korea previously has been a very rewarding and valuable experience. I really enjoyed my time teaching and I feel very enthusiastic to teach again.

I have developed my teaching skills in the past year and I believe this has made me well suited to further continue my career.
As a university graduate and English language teacher, I have learned the value and rewards of hard work and dedication. Throughout my university and teaching career I strived to do my best, and I promise to do the same as an E.S.L. teacher in my next position.

Finally, while volunteering as an E.S.L. tutor at university I have had the chance to help others improve their English language skills, and this has been truly rewarding for me and I look forward to continuing on the tradition.
I am open-minded, adventurous, hard-working, adaptable, and trustworthy. All of my international experiences noted in my application have left lasting impressions on my outlook on life. I would love to teach abroad because understanding different cultures gives me a strong sense of accomplishment.

I currently have all my required documentation and am ready to start as soon as possible.

      Yours Faithfully

I am an under 20 years old high school student and although I may be young my English is much better than many adults that I know. I have three years in teaching english to children under the age of 10 and a few years proofreading and correcting essays for korean college students. I find that teaching brings a sort of experience in my life that helps me with my future endeavors. With teaching I become better with people skills and even subconciously improve my own english speaking/writing. Thank you~

I am a Korean Adoptee and am currently living in Seoul to study the Korean language. I was adopted into my Dutch family when I was 1.5 years old. With the help of Korean Social Service, I have been successful in locating my birth family in Seoul. Not long after, I planned a trip to visit them throughout the month October two years ago. This time I will stay in Korea for about four years.

After Highschool I went to France for one year to be a nanny. I had to take care of an 8 months old child while the parents where working. This was an enormous responsibility. It was a really interesting and succesfull year. I learned to be independent and I liked to learn about their culture.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, which I obtained at the University Of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam. After my studies I worked for seven years at a catering company in The Netherlands and I like working in a service oriented organization and being able to help people. In those seven years of my employment at Hof Catering I have been dealing with a wide variety of organizational challenges which, in the mindset of exceeding customers’ expectations, I have taken on with passion, flexibility and dedication.

Hopefully you will have a suitable job for me.

      Kind regards,
      Karlijn de Bont

I am a fully qualified TEFL teacher, and have been taught to teach English at all levels, from beginner to advanced; to all ages, from young children to mature students.
In Summer 2009 I taught at a Culture Exchange Camp in Siheung, working for 'Trian Edu' company. As well as teaching the curriculum the school provided, I directed my class in a theatre performance which all the parents enjoyed at the end of the camp.
I am finishing my second year studying History of East Asia at SOAS (London University), and I love learning about and experiencing Korean culture.
My standard of English is exceptionally high and I have an excellent British accent. I have a natural capacity for teaching. Most importantly, I am enthusiastic when I teach and I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm with my students through teaching English in Korea.
