Position – Business Development Project Leader

- Creating compelling tenders and proposals resulting in project procurement of company’s major clients: Singapore National Gallery and Ahn Luh Hotels and subsequently project management of these clients;
- Providing marketing content and art direction to design team for all company PR and marketing content across various channels including Wechat, Taobao, events and website;
- Creation and design of company website including imagery, layout, photography and content;
- Leading the sourcing team in targeting suitable suppliers for various projects including all items for Singapore National Gallery Museum Shop and the conceptualization and manufacture of high end art furnishing pieces that has won awards for design and innovation;
- Working and collaborating with magazines and online publications to increase company brand visibility and reach;
- Planning and execution of company events and exhibitions;
- Working with manager to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the company by finding potential new customers and managing existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied;

Position – Marketing and Project Management

- Tasked with elevating the corporate Shanghai offices up to the company’s international benchmarks in the Sales and Marketing department and customer service processes;
- Travel throughout North America visiting corporate service centers and global dealers to gain a complete understanding of the company’s sales and marketing strategies and operation methods to convey the qualities onto the Shanghai office;
- Management of exhibits and projects from conception through to execution and finalization;
- Project management of company tradeshows to ensure their success, increasing brand image through outstanding service and support at all levels of customer interaction.


January 2010 – March 2011 SHANGHAI WORLD EXPO Shanghai

Position – Assistant to Pavilion Venue General Manager

- Complex diary management, bookings and travel arrangements, drafting preliminary reports and tenders, and day-to-day administrative tasks;
- Provided comprehensive support to the Venue Manager who oversaw services provided to over 8 million visitors to the Pavilion over the 6 month Shanghai World Expo period which included the management and supervision of a diverse staff employed internationally and locally;
- Work synergistically with staff members and liaising with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to the Pavilion under a range of conditions and situations;
- Multi-tasking a wide range of duties on a daily basis which required through understanding of Venue Manager obligations and responsibilities;
- Finding solutions to problems as they arise in a high pressure, fast paced, ever changing environment.
