A bit about me

Male | | from: China
I am currently in Scotland
Proven skills and experience as a garment-manufacturing consultant, well versed in all aspects of our industry, in the UK, USA, Eastern Europe, India and the Asia.
My experience is rooted in an Industrial Engineering apprenticeship, and a career spent gaining management seniority, by developing my understanding and knowledge of key factors, that are the building blocks of a world-class apparel manufacturer. Moreover, my forte is helping apparel, or other sewn products manufacturers achieve their world-class aspirations.
My hands-on involvement in the promotion, design, development, and implementation of integrated continuous improvement initiatives spans the gamut of the sewn products industry, from design to delivery. It includes, (but is not limited to) raw material supplier evaluation, selection, and monitoring, materials handling and warehousing, raw material quality and laboratory testing, product manufacturing specifications, (sizing, cutting, stitching, packing, and key quality points), product costing, (using GSD or other manual/PC based costing database, or designing bespoke systems), quality (SPC, SQC, TQA), operation sequencing, and methods, product time-line, production planning, line-balancing, factory and line layout.
