world. Also, make more Latin American companies enter to global markets and increase international

Internationalization of SME’s Project in Europe (Market Development)

• Developed a market research analysis for small and medium size companies attending to SIAL Paris
2010. The project’s objective was to determine which actions have to be taken in order to penetrate
the European market. Furthermore, analyze the main competitors, reference prices and distribution
channels in the target market.
• In collaboration with the Mexican Ministry of Economy, I scheduled appointments with sales distributors
and representatives in Europe for the sale of Mexican products.

• Attendance as a exhibitor to FHC Shanghai 2008, promoting the internationalization of the Mexican
company in the Chinese market.

Publications and Projects

Asia Pacific Institute ITESM Campus Guadalajara
Participated in the research project SDO (Strategic Development Opportunities) in the Chinese case. During
the project, I aided in the research about motor products in economy and in the identification of Mexican
opportunities of exportation in that country. Moreover, I compiled macroeconomic information about China,
making emphasis on the industrial sector.

South West Wind Power (USA)
Developed a market analysis for the introduction of its power generation turbines in the Mexican market. During
the project, I conducted interviews with representatives of wind energy associations and potential distributors.
Moreover, I complied information form various databases and other sources.
