*Supply chain Management
Manage the supply chain flow including the product flow, the information flow and the finances flow
Establish the working process of supply chain and optimize the process
Implement ERP system, Enhance data analysis capability and quick improvement action plan
Inventory control including safe stock, stock turnover and turnaround, re-order point to adapt production environment
Responsible for logistic principal: material plan and warehouse management to ensure the logistic process in place for a smooth transaction on timely basis to provide operation excellence.
Supervise subordinates’ performance and improve their performance by proper measures and strengthen team building
Improve end to end process for lead time reduction
*Ordering management
Set up total order management system including demand management, planning management and delivery management
Set up the ordering process to improve operational efficiencies
Make the master schedule and master planning
Consolidate the ordering system to increase internal and external customer satisfaction
Tracking my order-to-pay process and breaking down departmental barriers
Date analysis to identify bottleneck, reduce turnaround time
Improve customer satisfaction by providing self-service access to order and delivery information as well as payments
*Sourcing
Develop, negotiate, and administer supply strategies and contracts consistent with business area and HQ supply objectives.
Set up suppliers’ network for company product as sheet metal, machining parts, raw material, PCB, pipeline, and so on.
Set-up Standard Purchasing Processes to ensure transparent measurement of all relevant purchasing targets such as savings, price, quality, supply base characteristics and strategic action control.
Developed an efficient purchasing organization including a close co-operation with production units.
Maintain accurate understanding and points of view of building materials markets and their use to administer supply contracts favorable to company s’ interests.
Developed purchase strategies to support make/buy and new business entry decisions.
