Bilingual / Project Management / Turnarounds

On the ground in China, I turn manufacturing
plants into profit powerhouses.

Building and managing global teams in complex
international enterprises, I designed and
implemented innovative solutions that
controlled costs and enabled multi-billion
dollar growth.

I tackle every challenge, manage assets
effectively and exceed expectations.

- Directing governmental regulatory &
environmental compliance
- Improving productivity with efficient
practices and expert communication
- Controlling costs and enhancing profit
margins
- Turning around under-performing operations
- Designing dynamic productivity solutions in
multi-site operations

My BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in
Business Administration is from the University
of Tennessee.

With an exceptional knowledge of the Asian
business culture, I understand the
expectations placed on foreign-owned
enterprises in China. As custom dictates, I
often entertain governmental officials to
promote mutual benefits.
