CAREER SUMMARY
For Johns Manville, $2B global manufacturer...
	Operations Manager - Asia, 2007 to the 
Present. Promoted to manage two China 
facilities with 150 employees. Direct product 
development, ISO, manufacturing, health & 
safety, supply chain, and quality assurance. 
Oversee government regulatory and 
environmental compliance. Manage 100 staff and 
$1M budget.
	Manufacturing Engineer, 2005 to 2007. 
Recruited to oversee daily production 
activities, including line set-up, scheduling 
and production yield. Directed 
troubleshooting, optimizing product 
development and performance. 
VP / General Manager, Midland Mechanical & 
Fabrication, $1.2M construction firm, 2003 to 
2005. Led all aspects of business operations 
and project management for large-scale 
industrial, commercial and governmental 
construction. Managed 44 employees and $2M 
budget.
For International Paper, $500M linerboard 
division, 1997 to 2003...
Rose from Senior Project Engineer to Shift 
Manager, assuming higher levels of 
responsibility, including power generation, 
chemical recovery, manufacturing, delivery and 
security. Consistently met all KPIs. Led 45 
employees.
