Work Experience
August 2009 – December 2010
- Conversational English teacher Of Palm Kindergarten, HuangJiang town, Dongguan, People's Republic Of China; I did discharge the following duties;

- Developed and implemented English 12 Curriculum. Taught students from 3 to 6 years old. Interacted with parents and teachers daily. Constructed the school's very first Advisor's Handbook outlining the advisor's responsibilities. Attended and organised English Language competitions and English corner games;

- Increased school's positive reputation and popularity by taking the initiative to fabricate an innovative creative writing and expression course that reflects the talents and hard work of staff and students.

During this job, I had part-times with Ding Dang Kindergarten, Chang’an town.

February 2008 – August 2009
- I taught Business and Oral English at TPR Training Center, Da Ling Shan, Dongguam

My tasks were as follows;

-Taught Oral English to kids company workers and simple grammar concepts;

-Conducted independent research to develop a reliable method of evaluation of student performance levels in order to adopt effective teaching strategies that meet the needs and interest of all students;

-Train newly recruited Oral English teachers;

-Developed and blended Oral English Curriculum with Business English to meet increasing demands in a highly industralised Da Ling Shan town, Dongguan. This has been very effective as it properly equip local workers (our students) with the necessary English skills to fluently communicate with an ever-growing influx of English speaking businessmen in the locality;


Research Work

*Present Day research programmes:
-Research on ''The Impact Of Conversational And Written English In Asia'' / ( Case study- China). And researching on "Strategies to support the slow English learner".

-Research on "Ways to Better Oral English of Chinese Young Graduates".

Hobbies:
I really love reading stories to kids, hiking, playing soccer and basketball, swimming. I do not mind a chilled drink in my leisure time.
