Installation of a 100,000-sq. ft. thin gauge thermoforming operation utilizing contact and non-contact heat processing manufacturing clam shell food containers. Hired and trained an organization capable of installing and maintaining production and support equipment to facilitate a 24/7-production operation. Bringing the facility online while ensuring that budgetary requirements and customer delivery/quality expectations where met; achieving profitable during the first fiscal year of operation.
