Material Control:
Have installed and used various MRP/CRP (Material Requirements Planning/Capacity Requirements Planning) software packages, utilizing TMM, AMAPS, HONEYWELL, DATA3, and MACOLA software packages. Implementation of KANBAN techniques and lean manufacturing practices in job-shop and continuous flow environments. Resulting in the reduction of production floor space requirements, work-in-process (WIP) and stock room inventory levels.

Training:
Development and presentation of seminars to corporate, plant support staff, indirect and direct labor of various topics and projects. Instructing direct/indirect labor utilizing video and slide shows; development of job-specific training using computer based platform for the delivery of instructional material to employees.

Analytical:
Development of statistical data, flow charts and diagrams to define, present and propose new operating practices; objective is to identify a specific root cause issue and then develop a strategy to eliminate the issue. Beijing Colemand Technologies Co., Ltd. – Shunyi, Beijing, China
Experience 03/06 to present:
General Manager:
Development, manufacturing, and distribution of tooth whitening products; manufactured and distributed in Mainland China; identifying key individuals to support the translation, marketing, accounting, and production of oral health care products. Securing approvals from the Chinese government for foreign investment No. 0312648 and 30 year business license No. 0365470.

Inline Plastics, Inc. – Salt Lake City, Utah
Experience 03/04 to 03/06:
Plant Manager:
Installation of a 100,000-sq. ft. thin gauge thermoforming operation utilizing contact and non-contact heat processing manufacturing clam shell food containers. Hired and trained an organization capable of installing and maintaining production and support equipment to facilitate a 24/7-production operation. Bringing the facility online while ensuring that budgetary requirements and customer delivery/quality expectations where met; achieving profitable during the first fiscal year of operation. Growing production output to match customer demands and enhancing the operation profitability during the second year of operation.

Dental Whitening Corporation of America – West Valley City, Utah
Experience 10/01 to 02/04:
Plant Manager:
Responsibilities included changing the work schedule from a 40 hour work week to a 24/7 operation. Reducing raw material scrap rates, increased production output to support consumer purchasing requirements, implementation of inline quality sampling, negotiating of raw material purchase price reductions.

Eagle Elastomer – Clearfield, Utah
Experience 4/98 to 10/01:
Plant Manager:
Responsibilities include P&L for this o-ring cord manufacturer. Reduction in inventory by improving product setups, increased throughput by enhancing autoclave utilization, reduced customer lead times by maintaining finished good inventory levels that supported customer purchasing demands, implementation of raw material supplier consignment inventory program.
