From Jan-2009 till date,
Working as General Manager for the plant having workforce of 1500+ Employees & planned turnover of 80 Mio Euro for year 2010, Handling more than 10-15 customer base which includes well known OEMs like SVW, SGM, Mercedez-Benz , Cummins etc.
• Monitor & ensure smooth running of Daily operations, new projects & production ramp ups.
• Ensure adherence to specific quality requirements from each customer.
• Ensure accuracy in the budget planning & adherence to planed budget.
• Co ordination with headquarter for mid term planning & strategic planning.
• Involved in finalisation of sales quotations for different customer base.

Achievements
Year 2009, Ramp up for Engine harness from 300 /day to 900/day in period of 4 months
In year 2010, expanded the plant capacity to cater high volumes from Customer like Mercedes,GM & VW.

Worked as Operations Manager for Changchun plant then become the Plant manager from Feb 2008,
Responsibilities:
• As Plant Head responsible for Production Manufacturing, Quality, SCM, Engineering, & Administration having yearly sales turnover more than EUR 8 Millions.
• Design and implement policies, systems and procedures as required for the efficient management of facilities.
• Management of production functions as per the systems and procedures.
• Efficient utilisation of the resources to meet production targets.
• Ensure competitiveness in terms of quality and efficiencies.
• Recruit, train, lead and motivate Management team.
• Coordinate plan and execute new Production projects.
• Coordinate with other functional heads from business area China & competence centre Germany for smooth Production and plant operations.

• Responsible for overall logistics function of all four plants in China.
• Implement the ERP & KANBAN systems and train the team for the same.
• Coordinate with the local as well as overseas suppliers.
• Conduct analysis for forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with the customer for deliveries.
• Strategise to reduce inventories and optimise level.
• Generate new concepts for projects and coordinate for upcoming and existing projects in China.
Achievements:
• Successfully completed the SPARK-SGMW project at Changzhou in a short span of five months.
• Sold obsolete inventory worth Euro-60,000 out of Euro-200000 to other group plant in year 2005.
• Appointed as Logistics Head for the entire China business Area in January, 2005.
