•     Managing employees in Chinese working under my division to produce materials for our  clients, including the design and printing of brochures, wall hoardings, posters, and other advertising material.
•      Producing bilingual marketing strategy proposals
•      Creating and planning advertising strategies through multiple mediums including radio, video, hoarding, brochures, bus ads, and TV ads.
•     Organizing and designing events for clients formed around principals of experiential marketing
•     Communicating with clients in English and Chinese to understand their needs and advise them on promotion strategy

Foreign Representative, promoted to Program Manager  (December 2008 – June 2010)
        	
•	Representing ECOLOGIA in China and acted as liaison between international offices
•	Operated and maintained ECOLOGIA’s offices, projects, and partnerships in China
•	Oversaw progress of ECOLOGIA’s Sichuan based microfinance projects in Qili Village, Dayi County and Mengdingshan, Mingshan County.
