Hello, I am Leslie Rodgers (American), I have been working in Jiangsu China for four years. I can speak Chinese in a basic level but am constantly improving. I have worked in the automotive industry for 25 years and have the experience it takes to transpose an industrial facility into a world class operation. My expertise is in the development of state-of-the-art manufacturing. In the past four years I have installed approximately 10 million US dollars worth of equipment in an automotive facility in Kunshan China, 2 millioin US dollars of equipment in Wuhu China, and almost another 1 million US dollars of equipment in Seocheon Korea. Most of this equipment I sourced from Germany, US, and developed the rest locally in China and Korea. I have a degree in Industrial Electronics and have rich knowledge of control systems and their functions. I am seeking a management position in the development of automation sourcing, design, and implementation.
