• Set up, customize and maintain document server using Fedora Linux, MediaWiki, extensions, and my own MediaWiki extensions based on open source. Assembled, installed and configured Fedora 9 on the document server.
• Work with PACER to document and help secure PCI DSS compliance. Tracked PCI compliance progress. Wrote and expanded documentation for PCI DSS 2.1 compliance. Created various permission forms and logs necessary for PCI Compliance. Tracked second year of PCI compliance, updated compliance questionnaire for submission and renewal.
• Created applications to update and view transaction data charts for all PACER customer transactions (written in C, Javascript, PHP, BASH, jQuery, using MySQL, Flash, Apache, cron). Fixed bugs in the Flash-based Open Flash Chart program. Merged two versions of Open Flash Chart to provide the features needed for this application.
• Wrote an AJAX-based help system for PACER Case Locator based on open source. Created all needed graphics for the help system. Migrated some open source code from Yahoo APIs to Prototype.js. Checked compatibility with all popular browsers.
• Created official PACER invoice and statement forms using Adobe InDesign, Acrobat 9 and Javascript. Created documented samples for billing web page on PACER site with Microsoft Publisher.
• Created animated Flash-based tutorial using Toon Boom Animate and Anime Studio Pro (created alternate animated GIF tutorials for non-Flash users).
