After many years working with the existing group companies, it is time for me to seek for a job that can refresh me with new challenge.
In the years from being an accounts clerk until my last position as the finance and administration manager in the group companies, I gained concrete experience and knowledge on operational/Management tasks from Hong Kong, Macau and China and they are as follows:
1) Accounting - i.e. book keeping, account closing, statutory/management account, cost control and allocation, audit and tax filing,
2) Finance – cash flow planning, forward contracts, budget and returns on capex/portfolio, KPI and financial analysis
3) Administration – insurance, stock take, policies/guideline setting and implementation, HR issues/payroll/income tax/logistic/warehouse management
4) Accounting Information System – As ERP Project (Oracle/Incadea) Manager, from project planning to implementation/rollout.
5) Legal issues – attend small claim/court case on settlement with claimant/customer
Since I feel that the company management studying program might not be fit or sufficient for applying with the outside market need and requirement, I have enrolled myself into the degree study on business administration from the Open University In year 2005 until now.
I have been heavily involved into the business development on HK/Macau/China dealers set up starting from year 2001 from Beijing until the last one at Shenzhen in 2009 that included all communication/deals with 税局/工商局，human resource planning/recruitment/income tax /labour law/payroll/ERP system network set up and rollout.
