I am currently in
International: I have successfully won and managed major international projects involving emerging country development, financial analysis, and multinational policy, among others. My achievements benefitted clients in Asia, Europe and Africa.
Project Management: I manage the overall project circle including negotiating/drafting contracts, preparing and analyzing project financial statements, controlling budget, performing cost analysis, coordinating timelines including travel, field scheduling, and overseeing all stages during the implementation.
Legal: Before starting my professional career in the US, I put my law degree to practice in a large IT/investment company in China dealing with corporate regulation, contracts, investment regulation, tax and labor law.
China: Born in China and fluent in Mandarin, I believe my China-US experiences both as a business and legal professional will make me a good fit for your firm.
Finance, Tax and Administration: After being promoted to Partner-Director of Finance & Administration, I worked more closely with executive management level on tax compliance, auditing, HR, corporate finance and administration for both private sector and non-for-profit organization.
Education: My successes are supported by an MBA from Indiana State University (awarded full scholarship throughout the program, GPA 3.8/4.0) and a Bachelor of Law degree from Shanghai University (best class 1997).
