Worked as a summer school teachers assistant as part of the program. The class was first and second grade students. Duties included assisting the students with their assignments, assisting the teacher with class procedure and supervising the students during recess.
August-December 2008
Volunteered as a conversation leader in my universities ESL program. I worked with a group of Japanese, Korea, and Chinese students. We practiced reading, pronunciation and conversation skills.
March 2009 – February 2010
I worked as an EPIK teacher in 2 elementary schools in Chungnam province in South Korea. I taught grades K-6 during the first semester and 3-6 during the second semester.
